Considering that every pocket pair in existence has a better chance of winning this hand than you do, it's a fine fold...Unless he has QQ. Does he have AK? Not likely with the min-4-bet. It looks like AA or KK...But even if it's not, just about every hand out there is already better.

Depending on my reads I might consider laying this down pre-flop against a proper 4-bet. With his min-4bet I would treat it as a cheap way to see if I can flop a monster but it's basically fit or fold for me.

Edit: As for his range, I think AK OOP would push or call pre-flop, not 4-bet.
