I check/fold against someone that passive.

Bet ~$3.5+ on the flop, always folding to a reraise.

Tom,

Good to see you in the NL forums - you used to help me quite a bit at SSHE if you remember. Anyway, I think easy fold, you might want to bet a bit more if villain were a bit more observant and will raise that weak c-bet though.

I disagree with the previous poster its a check/fold because if his stats are an indication, 23/2 means he is calling a lot preflop (including raises) just to see a flop - which means he does not necessarily have you beat.

You think $2 (42% of pot) looks too weak so I might get bluffed off the best hand?

Road - depends on whether he likes to call with broadways, or he likes to call with high implied odds hands like 56s, 55, etc....

edit: Tom yeah definitely. Mostly because my donk range on that flop is heavily weighted towards air (missed pairs) or AQ/AK, and I'd bet fairly big with the big hands, so yeah.

Yes, but a c-bet could get KJ to fold or KTs to fold sometimes. A weak one may keep him in, forcing you to c/f the turn.

Hi Roadstar, Glad I could help. Maybe you can help me now get the hang of NL. Cheers, Tom
