Did I play this hand poorly? I raised 55 UTG because the table was very tight/passive.

I didn't have any strong reads on the opponent.

Use a converter and don't show results. You probably have to go broke there.

Nah, not lots of times. Whenever villian is willing to put his stack in in this situation, he's almost always either has QQ, KK, AA, or AK.

I'm not saying that OP's play is wrong, far from it. If anyone can lay down a set in a pot that was reraised preflop (not insanely deep-stacked), then they're probably playing too tight. There are very few exceptions (an example would be if you had 55, and the board came A-K-5, and villian has a 1% PFR that's ALWAYS either aces or kings).

A little bit. Raise flop to 12. The rest is variance.
And next time please post the stack sizes.

Well note from a combo pov AA and AK are far more likely than KK or QQ. I just dont see how you possibly dont go broke here. Even if his range is strictly QQ+ and AK you've gotta get it in, plus the occasional retarded KQ or something thrown in makes you forced to felt.

I'am surprised by the raise UTG with a baby pocket.

You did spot that this is a full table right?

I'd go broke every time. AK and A's will play this hand the same.

Raising with a baby pair is not a bad move if you are willing to fold post flop.

As I said, I was able to control that table well. It was very tight passive. I could do a raise here and there from UTG, to represent a strong hand and take the pot on the flop with a CB a lot.

I called the reraise because he was such a deep stack that hitting a set could really get me paid off.

Sorry for not including the stack sizes, I was at around $34, he was $33.
