Villain joined the table recently but seems loose and fishy - plus he bought in a half stack.

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with 8/images/graemlins/club.gif 5/images/graemlins/club.gif
2 folds, Button calls, Hero calls, BB checks.

Flop: 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif 3/images/graemlins/club.gif 4/images/graemlins/club.gif ($1.5, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $1.45</font>, BB folds, Button calls.

Turn: Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif ($4.4, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $2</font>, Button calls.

River: J/images/graemlins/club.gif ($8.4, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $8</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises all-in $22.69</font>, Hero ?

I don't know if preflop is standard, do you complete here against an LPP openlimp?

flop prob standard, turn is to set the price for my draw is that ok?

River, I really don't know what else he is raising with except for a flush?

Given the board, I can only beat 7-5 hi flushes. Plus he is LPP so the raise carries more weight? Can we fold here?

Thanks,

WIth just a 8 hi flush it's a fold he could of been drawing to a higher flush, I don't see him going AI without a high flush but if you've seen him do werid moves like this before that its a tough call, I might call if I know he's done this or have bluffed AI with nothing before.

AQ, JJ, 66, 33, 44, a weird 57, QJ, KQ, Q6, Q3, Q4, J6, J3, J4, AA, KK, AK?????? Loose and fishy, I have no freaking clue what he's pushing with here.

I hope you called.

preflop/flop standard.

bet more on the turn.

I'm pretty happy with folding my hand here. he is absolutely screaming flush. it's true that this is occasionally a donkified AA or something retarded, but I'd guess this is a flush like 90% of the time. it's pretty simple handreading I think. I really can't put him on anything other than the flush. pitch it.

Turn bet is fine. It's the epitome of a blocking bet.

You're right, I didn't fold in the heat of the moment but after the fact it looks like I'm clearly beat.

um, we're semi bluffing - we don't want a call.
