View Full Version : PS 25NL AA three way pot deep
I don`t have the hand history, for some reason I can`t find it on PT. villain is Lag 34/10/4, I`m 19/13/2.5.
dealt to me AA in SB
Stacks
SB. 91$
BB. 33$
Button. 18$
Button bets 1$, Hero raises to 4$, BB calls 4$, Button calls 3$.
flop 5c 10c 7h (pot 12$)
hero bets 11$, BB calls, Button goes AI for 14$, Hero calls, BB calls.
turn Qd (pot 56$)
Hero goes all in (15$), BB calls
would anybody have played this differently ?

Not given their short stacks. I assume someone hit a set or maybe QT?

I'd play the same

Sorry forgot to mention 0.10/0.25 blinds. So QT was not likely given the PF action.

Not likely, but since you posted I assumed someone hit something. QT sounded like a good bad beat

I push the flop. Given your remaining stack size in relation to the pot he's going to have to call the turn getting 5:1 anyway, why not just get it in now? You dont have enough behind to just call here.

yeah, those are usualy the once that sent me on monkeytilt. ;(
But villain seemed like a "reasonably" good Lag

True, but if I remember correctly I was restricted to only call cause Button went all in for 3$ more.

Ah I see, in that case this is fine.
Results in white below:
<font color="white"> villain had 55 for a set of 5s (86$ pot) </font>

At these levels, there are quite a few loose players that will call your PFR w/any PP. And they pretty much shove. It's always tough to lay down A's.
