nl 25 help vs minraisers

In my last session I noticed that some of my "bigger" losses came from people minraising me in position. I really suck when people start doing that to me as I don't think I am laying down my hand enough. Prob is I know that people are often just hitting the raise button on flops that look scary to them. 4-betting when I have this suspicion is relatively expensive though.
Any tips on how to proceed in such spots?

I don't think people are making plays at you as much as you think they are. I fold to the raises on the flops on both hands.

yes but the minraises often gives you odds to continue and stack them if you hit any type of draw which is why they are so terrible.

This is true, but calling in such spots is natural anyway.
