This may look pretty crazy, but let me explain why I played this hand like this: Sb was constantly reraising me preflop out of the blinds and OTB. I clearly felt as though he was 3-betting me lightly, so I decided to play this hand with position. I flop an OESD and decide to make a stand after villain cbets out pot. If villain is 3-betting lightly alot, then I am sure I have some fold equity against him.
Besides the 8 outs + FE (which alone wouldn't reason playing this hand this way), I felt like making a stand in a hand would have a positive effect on my table image.
Any thoughts on this hand?

You say villain has been 3betting a lot. How is his play generally? Is he positionally aware? Is he 3betting your late position raises knowing that you will be opening lighter from there or is he just repopping you from everywhere?

How often have you been calling his 3bets?

If you've been showing him respect... and since you've decided to call with 78, then this is a great spot to make a move with the OESD and a backdoor flush draw.

If hes a donk unwilling to fold any flops after his cbet, then obviously you need to just let it go.

Also, next time, please end the hand with your allin move. Posting results makes it harder to give unbiased analysis.

Yes your very right about ending with my move, will do in the future. It was the first time I called. He 3-bet me like 5 times within 20 hands. He 3-bet me OTB and from the SB.
