This hand I don't know why I just min raised him on flop not too proud of that. Anyways the villain is 20/17/1.5 with about 50 hands. And hes pretty tight from what I can tell. Think I made the right fold just want to hear if there was anything I could've done differently in the hand.

Don't minraise, that's pretty dumb. I probably call his flop bet here (don't minraise) and see what he does on the turn.

Like I said, I have no clue why I min raised him.

You do see alot of people making this smaller raise w/AA/KK here. What do people think about repopping him here PF? 50 hands is far too little to tell much about villain though.

Why is a minraise bad? I see in this case the minraise is almost a 1/2 pot bet.

Because if he has AKs, he can draw for the right odds, and if he has a big pair, he's gonna shove over the top of your minraise. So you play a guessing game with how big his pair is and it's just easy to avoid by calling the flop and seeing how he reacts.
