Flop is fine.
Check behind on the turn, there aren't any draws and you want to keep this pot small with only TP jack kicker.

i dont play this level, but is that type of raise typical??
IMO, id want to see a cheap flop with this hand. perhaps even raise a bit.
on the flop, value bet, like you did. the 7 to me would make me weary of someone with suite connectors (which is what id put them on. not a straight) once you bet the turn again, like you should. but perhaps a bit smaller bet. if raised here, easy fold. any hand that calls/raises you on the turn probably has you beat. i would try to control the size of the pot and follow SB's line of checking. this way, if yoru behind, youve saved yourself a lot of money, long term.

Fold preflop.

As played check and fold the turn.

Seriously.

OK, preflop and flop are OK as long as you have reads on your opponents and this isn't your default play. Continuing with this hand past the flop, however, I still maintain is bad.
