Well if you call here, you should call the river bet unless something changes. The only thing I could see changing is a 9 on the river, completing the OESD. Either fold here, or call river (especially if he's betting 1/2 pot)

You shouldn't bet the turn. You're probably only getting called by better hands. I would check and call / fold pending on villian
