It was great until the 3-bet and cap - after that it was crap. But on that flop it was kinda ok.

not if you're going to spew a ton of bets after the flop the whole time when you pair and are still behind and also can't maximise value when you're ahead as you don't know if you're ahead and you almost never win lots of bets against non-AA big pairs if there is an A on board.

He would have, but the last three times he had AJ he flopped two pair or better. So the chances were considerably higher that he'd flop nothing this time.

I find NL pretty boring compared to limit (Im talking about shorthanded/HU games on both sides). I just like limit games more so than NL.

What if those first two limpers called the cap?

Instead of 2 to 13 you're getting 2 to 19 I think (we're assuming that MP3 calls for just 1 more).
I think that even your crappy AJo might be close to call-worthy here. Especially since the flop is going to sledgehammer you in the face anyway.

Everyone completely missing the board when you flopped the straight was pretty funny.
Been there done that.

While I was playign the other day, I saw an advertisment for a program that lets you see other people's whole cards. maybe your opponents were usiing tit and thats why they knew to fold?
