I think I am really grasping here, and don't know if this has already been mentioned.
http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/default.htm Is the site that supposedly will handle complaints on the Neteller service. I am betting (oops) that they probably will just sit and wait til after the DO(non)J gets through with Neteller before any type of action is made.
I believe the first requirement to filing a complaint has been met here, as Neteller refuses to respond to any of its USA customers now.
