internet poker isn't banned though, does that prove god exists?

The issue is unclear and the perception is that it is banned by a large segment.

So I'd say it proves that there is doubt about God's existence. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Just like the bible nobody can agree on its interpretation. You would think that if God was so perfect he would have created a version of the bible that was easily interpreted by all.

Actually, he would have had to create humans so cookie cutter that we would all interpretit it the same. I prefer Gods version of perfection over yours.

No, he wouldn't have. Luckily, he is omnipotent.

Seems to me that both Christianity and Islam have a problem with gambling, which I just don't get. Should I be giving that money to the church instead? What is inherently "sinful" sbout gambling?

Seems the more religious the country the more likely gambling is to be banned. If god really has a problem with gambling, maybe this IS proof he exists!

i've never read anything in scripture that prohibits gambling.

i think it's a religious secular law.
