depositing vie credit card and other non-NETeller methods

I have had awful experiences any time I have deposited at a casino with my credit card. It takes forever to get the money out. I am having a nightmare with Interwetten right now..I think they will next ask me to ship over a urine or stool sample.

Any tips on how to expedite this ?
