Hey,
So i get this email:
We've got a special promotion for our Aussie players: We're paying out at 2:1 rather than 3:2 on the first 500 natural blackjacks hit this Australia Day.
Now i know nothing about blackjack, but this has gotta make it +ev to play right? Can anyone explain to me what this means? Normally if you get dealt a blackjack on a $10 hand you get $15 (for $5 profit), but today you will get $20, is that what it means? And what exactly is a natural blackjack?
If it's +ev, how much would you estimate the edge is, and therefore how much of my bankroll should i risk playing? Also regarding basic strategy, what are those charts that you can get on the internet like? The one's that tell you to hit if you have x with dealers y showing etc, are they optimal (without delving into card counting etc)?
Thanks for any help,
