It's illegal to demonstrate during the Superbowl, or do anything non Superbowl related. It's in the bible.

One problem is that it costs upwards of $3000 just to get a ticket to get into the stadium at this point.

Another problem is that Dolphins Stadium is private property, so they have no reason to tolerate a protest on their property and would likely have protesters removed/arrested by security/police.

Another problem is that there's no guarantee a protest in the Miami area would get any media coverage whatsoever, particularly since the Super Bowl will be going on nearby and most of the media will be covering that.

Another problem is that there's a good chance most of the hotel rooms in the Miami area are booked.

There may be a few hundred other problems I'm not thinking of.

Also, there's a pretty good chance this thread gets locked and rightfully so.

I heard someone from GoldenNugget.com will be there, protesting the clothes industry.

Not very many Americans are that pissed about the SuperBowl. A few Saints fans perhaps and the Charger fans are mainly disappointed but not really pissed. I am missing the thrust of your post. Are you proposing legislation to outlaw the SuperBowl?
