Deposited 1k for a 100 dollar bonus a while ago. I read on arbcentral.com that the wagerign requirmeent is 3x but they said it is just 1x rollover whihc makes it 1100. I just talked support and they say i wagered 2942 whihc means i have to wager another 358 for the bonus or forfeit it if i withdraw... meaning the bonus would be 3x rollover.

Anyways, i checked and i found out i only wagered 1100 dollars. How in the world did they have me wager 2942 dollars when i wrote down every single bet i made which added up to 1100. I know they don't count bets of greater than -200 but i never made any of those bets.

Is SIA a 3x rollover or 1X? Arbcentral shows 3X but I was told it was 1x.

omg, cs tells me its 3300 to clear bonus. Are they lying to me? I thought it was 1x rollover of 1100. I wagered 1115 already and they tell me i still have to wager 343 more to clear the 100 dollr bonus?

They sent me a history of what i wagered so far twice. The first time they sent it b/c i didnt have records and wanted to know how much i wagered. The first one showed me records from 12/8- 1/19. In total there were 708 dollars wagered.

Today i asked for another history of my bets because I was around 1100 needed to clear the bonus. This history of bets they sent me showed a lot of mistakes. They completely deleted the bets i made from December 9th all the way to December 16th. I had the old copy of the 1st one saved from 1 month ago where it shows i made bets with them from 12/9-12/16.

I really think i m getting cheated here by SIA. First telling me its 3300 to clear bonus and then giving me a statement of my bets which doesnt include wagers i made from Dec 9th-16th. It just goes from my first deposit all the way to December 17th.

Am i getting cheated by SIA?
