Kinda strange that the 'world wide web' has to obey commands from the U.S. government.

I don't think this is anything new. Matter of fact, I'm positive you couldn't have online gambling ads in google for a long time, like years...

If this is talking about banning all casino ads, as in land based as well, then hmmmmm.

But the article doesn't clarify online casino's or what.

Are they talking about not allowing fulltiltpoker.com to even come up as a result of a search?????

I'm not sure what the hell this thing even means. As for buying a sponsored ad on google for a gambling site.....you haven't been able to do that for a long time.

Google and Yahoo don't directly do pop-up ads, so I don't quite know what that article is trying to say (and neither does it's author)
