Dear Ryan,

You recently requested a cash-in totaling $490.50 on 22/01/2007, after having played with one of our promotional bonuses. All of
our promotions include a disclaimer that lists our bonus rules. When you cash-in after claiming a promotion, your account is audited
to ensure that you have fully complied with these bonus rules.

An audit of your account has shown that you did not comply with one or more of the following rules in our disclaimer:

1) Credits issued during the promotional period MUST be wagered TWENTY (20) times the total amount deposited (credits purchased +
promotional bonus) BEFORE making any cash-in. (For example, if you play two hands of Poker and wager 5 credits on each, this
represents a total of 10 credits wagered. If you win one of these hands and lose the other, your credit balance will remain the
same; the amount wagered (10 credits) counts toward fulfilling your promotional obligation).

2) By claiming this promotion, all forms of Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, or Sicbo can be played but will not count towards fulfilling
your wagering requirement. Failure to comply will void any and all winnings, as well as play bonus credits, and may result in your
account being locked at the sole discretion of the casino.

All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. The Casino reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for
failed audits. The Casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

Please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible to resolve this issue. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a
week, at: http://www.goldenpalace.com/support.php

Thank you,

I wagered a total of $8090....maybe on the small side a bit...but what the f? Oh yeah and after cashing out, I send them a fax with my driver's license, and say that it is 'too dark.' I have the exact copy, and while it is on the dark side, I can read all the information perfectly???

Finally, I cleared the entire bonus betting $5/hand playing blackjack surrender. Do I need to donk off like $100 bucks playing slots or something? What gives?

Thanks,

Ryan

Edit- the money is back in my account

they didn't tell you exactly what you did to break those rules so why don't you ask them. I wouldn't play more until I know that but I would've played more than $90 over the WR and maybe try some other games with small stakes? flatbetting just 90 over such large WR is not cool. it should be enough though if you follow the rules but you'll just get these bonuses killed.

If you really did bet $8090, you should be okay. Check your comp points to see--you should have 809. If so, it's more than likely a computer error on their part.

Meh, I agree I screwed up. No, they said that I had to e-mail them. Knew I screwed up, so I figured I'd try here first.

I totally agree that this is generally not good for our business but isn't this what we all do? In other threads I read tips to new players like "whatever you do don't keep on playing after you finish the WR" (for EV reasons).

If you would keep on playing it's for coverplay to get you OWN money out... is it really reasonable to ask people to keep on playing so that others can get the bonuses?

And I guess you haven't played any of the forbidden games? Some casinos void the winnings made (or just don't count it towards the WR) but some actually take it as a reason to forfeit the bonus alltogether.. :/

I bet $5 every hand playing blackjack surrender. Under promotions(I think that's where they stated bonus rules), it said nothing about bj surrender.

A lot of the Playtech casinos disallowed BJ surrender for bonus clearing, so I would double check to make sure its allowed (not just in the bonus rules, but also in the standard T&C's). I assume that this was a $100 deposit, $300 bonus deal?

Yes, this is the 100/300 deal. Here is a few paragraphs from their site:

**** The total amount deposited (deposit + bonus) MUST be wagered TWENTY (20) times BEFORE making any cash-in. (For example, if you play two hands of Poker and wager 5 credits on each, this represents a total of 10 credits wagered. If you win one of these hands and lose the other, your credit balance will remain the same; the amount wagered (10 credits) counts toward fulfilling your promotional obligation).

By claiming this promotion, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, or Sicbo can be played but will not count towards fulfilling your wagering requirement.

All cash-ins are subject to audit before being processed. The casino reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

In any case, a first cash-in must occur within a period of 14 days from the date said bonus is credited to your account, or such bonus credits will be deducted from your play balance at the casino's sole discretion.*****

Bj Surrender is Cool by the T&Cs, so what's their problem as you wagered over 8k. I agree it doesn't look nice in your betting history but I don't see you not following their T&Cs.

Read all of the terms and conditions..not just the ones for he promom. I suspect the site's T&C's list other games that can not be used to complete WR.

Ahh...I just got an e-mail from them saying that they screwed up, and I should be able to withdraw...

Very odd stuff.

Thanks again everyone, sorry I'm a bonus noob....
