What is the status of the "Poker Exemption"?

When the US passed the port security bill with the unlawful gaming bill attached to it, organizations such as PPA indicated they would try for an exemption for poker like there is for lotteries and horse racing. ANy updates on the progress of that from any angle???? Is there legislation started?

To the best of my knowledge nothing like this has occurred. There could be some talks going on somewhere, but they are not public if they even exist.
