I cleared my 200$ bonus about a week ago and every time I'm asking about my money on live chat they say that money will by on my account in 24 hours and same stories every day. I think I will never see my money, LIVE CHAT is pasting same txt every time... there is no way to talk.
anybody can help?

cleared 150$ a week ago, points was not updated in the my accountb section but money was paid!!

I cleared my $200 in second week of January and got an email and the money within 5 minutes.

i try to get my affiliate payment since 1 month now but it's impossible:they never reply to my emails,the stats are not update in their affiliate site and they have some problems to track the players points for paying their cpa deal !!! pokerroom is out or what ?????????????

Ok seriously what the [censored] is going on?

I am also waiting for my signup bonus for 2 weeks now. And all they say is that it has forwarded to the promotions department. well [censored] this department they wouldn't do [censored].

What's my line here? I can't phone them, they have no number in Germany. I really really told the live chat that they HAVE TO fix it but nothing ever happens. Complain to ongame? Gambling board?

Hmmm this is concerning im in the same boat with the sign up bonus only been 48 hours since i cleared it.

I have already talked to live support and sent an email with no joy yet. I have also had an email forwarded to the promotions department.

My problem has been forwarded to the promotions department about 5 times now...
This morning I talked to live support (again) and he told me he would forward my issue to the director of the promotions department. Well I don't believe him...
Whatever I cashed out most and wait.

Yeah I have the exact same issue for about a week and a half now... and likewise my problem has been forwarded to the promotions department numerous times for all the good it does.

I'm in the same boat with 2 separate bonuses ($200 and $70) which I have enough points to clear them but are not showing up in my account as finished. I have written about 5 emails and made 2 phone calls. They have given me the run around and after my last phone call I was promised an email the next day with the final resolution to my problem.

They of course did not get back to me yet again so I will be withdrawing my balance and never playing there again.

My full 200 bonus has been creditted some time today 5 days/ 4 emails after it should have been. At least its there now, though im not impressed at all.

SAME HERE!!!

I am VERY furious ... i made a $750 "Christmas" deposit for $75. 750 points were required, and when I reached around 670 the "point calculation" system stopped working.

I kept playing a couple of more hours so there is no doubt that I reaced the target. But ... points are not counted.

Numerous emails

Numerous promises

NADA
Nothing

Bonus has expired

I finally got mine. It still took 18 days or something which sucks!
I won't play there again, you can try if you want to. The bonus should now be released automically again. If not bug them like every day and maybe something happens.

I whored some books through ITH on pokerroom two weeks ago... just basic 100 player points to get the books, and $15 bonus along with it. I didn't bother to email them about the $15 but it finally shipped to my account 5-6 days after I cleared it.

I had problem with Red Kings like 2 weeks ago, they had a problem with Player Point... I clear a 100$ bonus but all the points didn't count. After 6 emails, I still haven't receive my bonus ! That on OnGame network too.

I am sorry to hear that you have missed the bonus. The $75 bonus has expired on the 24th of February since bonuses are valid for 60 days (bonus was created on 2006-12-26 13:55:47) and you did not earn the 750 required player points, in order to clear the bonus.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. However as a token of our apreciation and for the delay in replying, we have placed 2 x $5,50 tournament tickets in your account, valid until 2007-03-18.
