Has anyone successfully gotten through to the 1-800 number ?
I have called 8 times today and its busy every time.

yes, i successfully got through. you've got to keep calling over and over, and eventually you'll hear a ring. from there, the wait shouldn't be too long. good luck.

whats your opinion on this? temporary? I have to imagine so, from emails and word of mouth it seems to me that they are commited to the market. maybe they have to deal with the huge surge before they can take on more.
