I got suckered into doing this bonus, and I also felt like gamboooling.

They give you $500 and you have 1 hour to make 100 bets. After the hour you get to keep whatever you have in excess of that $500 as a bonus up to a max of $200.
All the games the bet amount is fixed. I started with High Limit European Blackjack which has it fixed at $20. I got it up to $720 in about 50 bets, and then I finished off the rest of my 100 bets with $1 blackjack. I ended with about $710, so I got a bonus of $200.

To clear this bonus you have to wager it 30x. However only American Roulette, slots, and parlor games? count as 100% of wagering. Blackjack only counts as 10% of wagering so you'd have to wager $60,000 in blackjack to clear a $200 bonus. Casino War, European roulette, and Sicbo count as 50% of wagering.

So at 50% I'd have to wager $12,000. The house edge in Casino War is 2.4% according to wizardofodds. So if I wagered $12,000 my EV would be -$288.

You can't play with your bonus money. You have to deposit your own money. So I deposited $200 and am autoplaying $5 hands of Casino War.

How bad of a proposition is this? What is my risk of ruin assuming I don't redeposit?

I guess you're asking this at a wrong timing.

After the fact, you should research before you take on these bonuses.

You only needed to deposit $20 to get the $200 bonus after winning it on freeplay. Then you would be able to double up on one hand of Baccarat or French Roulette. If you win you are up $220ish if you lose you are down $20. If you win and you are adventurous you could try to double up again if not you could grind it out autoplay $1 on French Roulette (black or red) or just cash out your winnings.

As you have made a $200 deposit and don't want to suck it up for a double up with your $200 bonus then just autoplay French Roulette for $1 which has and EV of $38 if memory serves.

i guess i majorly screwed this bonus up. here's what happened. i deposited $20 expecting to get the $200 bonus to play with. well i didn't immediately receive the bonus. i thought you weren't able to play with the bonus money and that you had to playthrough however much it was to unlock it.

after i lost the $20 quick, i just deposited $200 because I figured there'd be no way I'd lose that and it would have a large enough buffer to prevent any losses. well I lost all that too.

then i got discouraged. the other day i got an email from them saying my bonus was released. so i checked my account and it just means i was given the bonus. so now my account has $200 in it of bonus which i have to playthrough. all the playing i did before didn't even count!

i hate this casino. i am just going to play a couple large hands of baccarat. try to regain my losses at a minimum, and then see what happens. god dammit.

Even if the urge to gamble is upon you, you still have to wait for those bonus chips to come through before you play.

If there is a delay in those bonus chips just sign up for another Casino with bonus and play there (presuming of course they have given you the Bonus chips pronto).

Always gamble at an advantage - that way you can justify it to yourself if you lose.

I am posting this link in two consecutive old Microgaming threads so the casino players in this forum will see the link to the thread in the other forum.

There is a very strong 'rumor' of a 'number' of Microgaming casinoes leaving the market in the near future.

Any US players with any pending WR, might consider completing the bonus ASAP.

sevencard2003:

IIRC, Club Player is a RTG client based casino. Some of the better RTG's are iNetBet, Grand Aces, Slots Plus, Las Vegas USA, Geisha Lounge, 49er, Bodog, Breakaway, Can Net Bet, VIP Casino, Wager Street, Sky Fi, King Solomons, Sun Palace, and Vegas Casino Online.

The list above would be a good place to start your research for USA player acceptance, Epassporte, and blackjack bonus terms. To see if any of the aforementioned casinoes fit the criteria you are looking for.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE RTG CASINOES: Virtual, Prism, Connect To Casino, Crystal Palace, Cool Cat. DO NOT PLAY AT THESE CASINOES - WHATEVER THEY MAY OFFER YOU!

[from casinomeister] Some important notes to consider before making deposits at any casino:

Read their Terms and Conditions
If the terms and conditions are sloppily written - avoid this casino
Make sure you are allowed to play
Make sure you are old enough to play
Understand the rules for bonuses
Fight Online Casino Spam!
Are there cash out limitations?
*Read the terms and conditions!* AGAIN

CHEERS!
