Just got this email today? wtf are they talking about I did an instacash to someplace else yesterday ? The email implies that no US person can do an instacash now?

This is true, Instacash has been discontinued by Neteller for Americans.

Got a similar message from Bodog just this afternoon. It looks like Bodog won't accept deposits from Neteller at all. Maybe there's been a big change in Neteller policy for U.S. accounts?
