Club on the Park casino problem

About a week ago i finished clesring their 100 pound welcome bonus. However, to withdraw they send you an email verification code which you must enter. This sounds sweet, but the email never arrives. I have emailed their support a week ago, but no reply. And, i just talked to them on the phone - it was like talking to a brick wall. No verification code and very frustrating

Anyone else have similar problems at this casino?

Yes. I eventually got the code by talking to CS. Maybe phone again and try a different adviser.

My withdrawal failed and I don't know why. I didn't see any space for any code though. Is this just for some kinds of withdrawals? I used moneybookers

wow this has just happened to me i cant get that code i tried like 10 times and they wont email me back ... but i have friends that asked for info on the bonus and they got replied but not me over 10 emails sent already

im from canada can someone post the exact numbers to call support by that i mean when you turn phone on all the numbers to enter to get through to them

I had the same problem. I couldn't receive the code to my hotmail address, however when I changed my email to the one from my ISP, I had no problem getting it.

yes - I thought they didnt send it but for some reason my password (alone amongst) all their emails to me got caught by my isp's (yahoo/bt) spam filter

They cheated me out of 200$ cnd

I had the same problem with the email but after I changed my email to a non-hotmail account the code arrived and the money was in my account a day or 2 later (although i got smoked and barely broke even at this casino)

ok guys i changed my email to a yahoo one and i got the code then was able to cashout 805 pounds in my neteller 2 days later 1556$ no identification required.
i will do this place every 30 days seems very trustworthy

How so? I did lost $550 US last month chasing the monthly bonus though.

I had no probs with this casino last month, received the verification code very quickly and I cashed out my money.

Do you know if each month they send you a new code or you just use the old one every time you want to cash out?

I never need to enter a code to withdraw.
