first casino in progress, starluck.

playing $1 per bet blackjack. is it better to multi hand (3 hands vs dealer) or play 1 hand vs dealer?

How do you know how many hands you have played?

any other advise much appreciated

With $1 BJ bets, you'd need to wager ~4800 bets (less for doubles/splits), which would take a few evenings. There should be about a 85% chance of making a gain.

With 3 $1 bets vs dealer, you'd need ~1600x3 bets. It would still take a few evenings, as you don't save much time from the extra hands (still need to decide each hand). There should be about a 78% chance of making a gain with this strategy.

I don't recall an easy way to track wagering. I believe I contacted live support and asked how much I wagered, although it's been a long time since I've played at Starluck.

Starluck does have online support which will quickly answer how much you've wagered. I also wrote a quick little wager tracker a while back:
