So im almost done clearing my doyles room bonus, and will have 165,000 action points to spend.

However because it takes 3 months to enter their VIP program, I will not be a VIP yet..

Im looking to get the most value for my points, what is the best route to take? They have some unique items in the store, but I don't think many of them are all that valueable. There is an option to take cash insted, but it is only a small amount ($50-$100).

Where do you all think the best value is? Also, what are some of the items that you have gotten from the store and can personally reccomend?

thanks

I don't know if you played at Party, but If you e-mail support and just tell them you were a VIP at party they should make you a VIP at Doyle's room.

You have to maintain the required amount of points, but still.

How likely is it to clear the 110% bonus on a low limit in Doyles Room? I primarily play .50/1.00 and am trying to decide between the 35% bonus and the 110% bonus.

I went for the 110% bonus and I play 100NL as well.. Customer support told me I needed something like 45k pts to clear it, but according to bonuswhores.com's numbers, I should need 23k pts only. (Depends how much you deposited)

If you are doing the max $550 bonus, this is 300 action points per dollar to clear, meaning you have to contribute over $1,600 in rake (their system is "proportional contributed rake.")

If you play .5/1 LIMIT, for a couple hours a day, this could easily take around a year to clear.

If you play SNGs, such a bonus is perfect -- you'd only have to play about 1,650 $10+1 tourneys.

Is your VIP level listed somewhere or do you have to contact the manager to find out your VIP level?

You have to email vip@dbpn.com to find out, they answer emails pretty quickly, also they are working on adding vip status to the cashier screen and I was told that it should be ready soon.

Other than that you can keep track yourself.

Jeebus....Any calculators for this? What does a multitable 40 hour a week .50/1.00 get you on the 110/550?

Is it even worth it? Or is it better just to do the 35%?

Financially speaking, assuming break even poker and disreguarding the books, is this worth it compared to the 35% bonus?

Lord have mercy. I play on pokerstars and it took me a week and a half to get the $50 bonus. I played .05/.10 NL, than moved up to .25/.50 NL. Im going to move up again to .50/1 and will probably be at 1/2NL in a couple more weeks. Im not waiting a lifetime for a $550 bonus. Thanks for letting me know now. How's the bonus system at Manshion and Utlimate Bet? Is it fast like Pokerstars?
