View Full Version : Am I Wasting my Time?

So I need to boost the bankroll a bit, figure I'll whore a bit. I start with the Starluck Casino, as recommended from casinobonuswhores.com.

I finish the requirement. I cash out 24 hours later. I have not received my money in my neteller account yet, two days later. I check hotmail. I get an e-mail from them saying I need to verify my account. I call their number. After some standard stuff, they say they are going to call my number for verification purposes! I hang up, and though the lady said she'd call back immediately, I never get a call???

Ok, so I check hotmail. Another e-mail from them. My phone number is 'not in use' according to them (LOL).

I now need to call them back. I call them back. Some dude answers, saying 'I regret to inform you, but we are undergoing improvements, or technical difficulties, some [censored], please call us back in a few hours.' LOL.

Seriously, is this what happens at every casino? Casinobonuswhores.com said nothing about an extra verification process, and that cashouts there are very fast.

Am I wasting my time? I just want to cash in to the casino, and cash out with no problems.

Thanks to anyone that can help me.

Ryan

haven't heard anyone having these kinds of problems at starluck. they didnt call me but called my friend but neither one of us had any problems getting the cashout. maybe they are just having problems.

you'll get your money, i'm sure. sometimes there will just be some problems and you just have to deal with it

Ryan, if you are just getting started whoring casinos, be prepared for delays like this. There are very few casinos that process cashouts anywhere close to as fast as the big poker rooms. In most cases prepare to wait several days to a week (and oftentimes more), and this is after providing scans of ID's, utility bills, credit cards, etc, when requested (and oftentimes more than once becuase they never "received" your documents). Its just part of the normal process with online casinos, no matter how crappy. I consider its the price for earning easy money from them.

That being said, Starluck is a good casino, and I have no worries about you getting your money out. Just be patient and call them back. Once you get verified, your cashout should be pretty quick.

Lessu and WLVRYN:

Thanks both for your responses. They have certainly calmed me down a lot.

I really hear you about the waiting process, as a price for earning 'easy money.' Your response should be stickied for newbies like me.

Thanks,

Ryan
