For God's sake, raise preflop. I know you have lousy position, but unless you're planning on check/folding any flop that doesn't bring you two pair or better, you absolutely should not be willing to play AQo in a five-handed unraised pot.

From the final pot size, I take it that you called, and I would guess that you were shown a set of deuces. The river would be hard to fold for me; you've just pulled ahead of A2 (and a lot of donks would keep betting, despite being counterfeited), and A6 has become somewhat less probable. You're ahead of all busted draws as well as AJ/AT. You're behind an improbable AA/66/AK/A9 as well as 22 or a really weird hand like 62s. I think I'd have to call.
