First hand is just spew from start to finish. 53s is just way too weak to play 3 handed out of position. Second hand isn't so bad since SB probably doesn't have anything and you'll probably get a free showdown if you catch a queen or jack, but I wouldn't do it without any reads.

I'm not too keen on bluffing without some sort of read.

Hand 1:
Fold PF.
I'd lead turn. Check raising with a made hand seems somewhat unlikely given that flop was checked through.

Hand 2:
I'd prefer to raise flop as your equity is highest there and you may also get a free card.
