Looks good, preflop action makes me think he has a lower overpair than you.

EDIT: Hmm, I might have to rethink this since I didn't see the third person involved.

Bet more on the flop, like 2.50 or 3. Otherwise standard

I'd buy-in full. Enjoy the freedom of playing 200bb deep. Plus, if you get all-in against a weaker hand with the CO, you'd lose out on $5 by not having it on the table when you could have.

I'd re-raise more pre-flop, unless you can count on CO to re-raise this last raise. In that case, I'd re-raise and then push if he re-raises again. Plus, if you re-raise a little more, you've got a nice push on the flop without being a huge overbet in either spot.

Mainly because we are out of position and there are two other people in the hand and the pot is big. But I guess it doesn't really matter since we are committed with any bet.

Reraise to $2 or more pre-flop. The minraise is pointless when they will call a larger raise.

Raise to at least 2 preflop. Your bet is barely a min raise! Heads up you should be at least tripling the bet on a reraise and you need to add in more for each additional player. Given your stack I might go for the lower end and only bet 2 so you still have something to bet on the flop. I might also just go all in.
