I've been at the table for a while, doin pretty well. Button arrived a while after me, haven't seen him show down much. He's been raising OTB occasionally. No more than a lot of players would do.
What would your thoughts be with all the smooth calling?
How do you play the river?
Thanks. Neil....

His stack is too small to do anything except push on the river.

pot it pf, your min-raise is really bad (what is that like $5.75? anyway just make it $6 pf since you're in a blind)

rest of hand looks good...

Between Villain being somewhat short and a fair bit of money going in preflop, I'd usually be comfortable felting TPTK. There's certainly no reason to back off on the river--you're getting called by pretty much anything. You could check the turn, but I think you'd have to do so with the intention to call, and so you'd probably end up all in anyhow.

I would raise more preflop though--maybe to $5.50 or so? Not so bad if you fold him out, and if he calls you can feel more comfortable about getting it all in after you hit.

you mean you are pushing on the flop? Well, i suppose i could have. I didn't want to though. I wanted to extract some money.
The outcome wasn't in my favour anyway. The dude had TT and chinned me with his set. I thought i could smell a rat but i could not stop myself.
Anyway. Thats poker /images/graemlins/frown.gif
