This guy was an unknown at the time. The raise on the turn may seem a little spewy but he didnt have much left and I just couldnt see myself getting away from this after the turn. Any comments or suggestions?? Should I be folding an over pair on the flop when its raised?

Shove flop. You can't get away from this in a blind battle where people will stack off w/ TP a lot.

I just did push when he reraised on flop:
when he saw your small raise simply didn't believed you.
On the turn your check gave him the impression you just tried to steal: after your raise he was committed so he did push.

barryc83, you think it's correct to shove $27 into a $2.50 pot on a draw heavy board? Why does everybody just want to shove all the time?

Its not a 2.50 pot given the action, its $14 once the BB raises the flop. What else can you do here, you want to charge any draws or a lone J. If he has a J a lot of cards can kill your action on later streets; he likes his hand, you like yours, get it in here.
