NL25 - AA, lots of PF action, flop top set...

...is there any way to try to get more value out of this?? Villain in this hand is 58/36/2, but most of the raises were min raises and many times showed down absolute junk that hit.

Is there any way to get more value out of this hand? I thought that with all the action preflop, checking would basically say "I have AA". I was not that worried about the flush draw, but it's a possibility with that guy. Should I have bet less? Or given the way the hand turned out, I've probably gotten all I can?

i would just check probably and see what happens. we have the deck crippled, diamonds arent really in his range, etc.

you probably wont get much more value out of this unless he hits his set of jacks queens or kings on the turn.

but i think 1 check is okay here.

only way youd get value from a bet is if he has AK, or if he thinks you might be bluffing, and makes a flop call w/ something like KK to try to freeze out QQ or JJ.

its hard to extract on a flop like this, so dont sweat it.

he's probably got kings or queens here, if you are lucky AK so a check raise is good here.

a weak 1/2 pot bet could do magic as well...really down to reads =/ I don't rly like checking unless villan has seen u do that before kinda gives away strhength of ur hand
