5 players in and a weak kicker... Maybe I'm overestimating the talent at the table - it wouldn't typically hold up in my normal home games.

I raise this preflop if the table has been that tight. The flop is a bet, you will probably pick it up right here. On the river I check behind.

but they all checked it to you, if you were 1st to act then yeah check this every time

I agree w/ this after the flop, I would even fire the turn here. Def. check behind on river.
