I think we're seeing a busted flush draw more often than not here, and I want value. If he has AQ, yippee for him...but that's going to be pretty rare here.

I could go either way on the river, many of these donks will call with any piece, putting you on the busted draw. The rest looks fine, standard value betting, maybe you could charge him a bit more on the turn, as has been mentioned.

i think this is a clear value bet on the river due to the strength of your hand compared to villain's range

what hands do you get value from?

well, you get value from any two pair or lower hands.... this range includes busted draws, but is much wider than that, it includes weaker 2 pairs, 1 pairs (including the "busted" oesd QT that turned a pair)

many of the weaker to possibly medium made hands will check the river behind, since they have show down value.... given 3 paint cards and the coordinated nature of the board villain will be less inclined to v-bet you w/ weak to medium hands here

if villain is going to check behind w/ many made hands you beat, you should clearly bet the river

(additionally, villain may not bluff busted draws, since his AF is pretty low considering his vpip)
