I was in SB w/ K /images/graemlins/heart.gifQ /images/graemlins/heart.gif. 4 players limp in and I also do for 15c in 10c/-25c game. flop comes 6 /images/graemlins/heart.gif8 /images/graemlins/heart.gifK /images/graemlins/club.gif. I raise $1.70 into $1.50 pot. BB calls and next to act raises to $4.90 followed by fold. I then reraised all in for my remaining $12.41. I was called by the raiser who showed trips and I didn't hit the flush.
please help by explaining if and where i went wrong in this hand.

You played this hand fine. Top Pair + Flush Draw is a powerful combination and should be played aggressively, like you did. Don't be so results oriented.

I play it this way too, you win some you lose some but in the long haul this is a +ev play and it makes your big made hands really profitable.
