Vilain is 16/6/2.5 over only 32 hands. Is pf even ok? Fold river?

I am not folding this river. This could be a wide variety of hands and you're getting almost 4-1. This is standard IMO if you called river.

Edit - I didn't see his stats so that makes this a bit closer. I still do think it's a call. I don't know if I could fold this getting these odds on the river.

Why do I just wanna push the turn here? OP: what's your plan after you check the turn if he bets 1/2 pot or something. Call? You made this a big hand pf when you 3b him. You flop TPTK. What's the holdup?

I think I lead out the turn for $40ish. You hit THE flop you were looking for - be honest, you don't want to see that ace hit when you have AQ against a PFR. But, it's not completely dry, so you need to charge the draws.

Why slow down when you stand to have the best hand?

EDIT: Having that said, I do muck PF, because I figure I'm not good enough times if the ace flops.

I would fold PF unless I had the guy pegged as LAG.

I would also bet this turn nearly always with that board, ~$40ish.

I think its close, you bet 32 and need to call another 25/either way is not terrible. He could do this with AK/QK..i guess your greatest fear is the flush and maybe he has 9/10 for the straight. Did you consider a blocking bet on the river??

[/ QUOTE ]I think this is a standard raise against most TAGs button range.

Button has exactly a PSB left on the turn. Any turn bet from Hero should put him all in.

Guys this dudes stats are over 40 hands, they're almost completely worthless. They just show that he is a tag. A 30/20 player can go card dead over this many hands and get these stats.

I like every street in this hand btw.

Why are people folding this preflop? AQ against a blind steal from a player with only 32 hands against? I'm new to NL, but this seems way nitty to me.

I would fire at the turn as well. There's a flush draw and several straight draws, the pot is large, and you have TPTK HU. As played, I'd pay the gentleman off on the river.
