Thats a sucky board but I don't think you can fold for $16 more but I really don't know all that much yet.

I wouldn't fold on the here on the flop since villain only has $37 total. Different story if he's got you covered.

TPTK is the nuts against shorties, and you got better than that, so be happy. You win more of these than you lose. Overbet flop to put him all in should also have been considered.
