Have only ten hands on villain, seems pretty tight, but not enough info to factor into my decision. Flop looks like he's on a draw, turn raise looks like he completed it, and river bet looks like he has a flush (don't think he'd bet anything less). Is calling river a total spew?

Also, I thought about checking behind on the turn but didn’t want to see another club in case he had an overpair/33/etc. Correct to bet turn?
