I don't really have that great of a read on villan's postflop tendencies. He just got at the table and I have him at like 20/8 over a small sample (70) of hands. He has not been out of line. I think I should have bet the turn. I have no real image, just your standard CO/btn raises, winning and losing small pots.

Were you planning on c/c or c/r the turn? I agree that leading is probably better here.

River might be a tad thin, but I like it.

i dont know, i tend to c/c the river a fair ammount of the times, or c/f if it feels right. no worse hands are paying you off basically turning this into a bluff.
i definately like a turn bet here though

I bet turn, as played I would bet the river like you did because he can easily have an ace that hes checking behind or even a queen. I don't like c/c here as hes checking most hands hes calling flop with and checking turn, unless hes on diamonds.

But, as played, thin river bet but fine. Assuming you're folding to a raise.

I prefer a bet on the turn unless your A or K is a diamond. On the river, i prefer to check and call his $40 bet, because if he raises you are gonna fold. If you check and he bets $40 you ar gonna call, making it less easy to be pushed off the hand.

I also like a turn bet, which hopefully means you won't see this ugly river. I think River is definetly a check/ make a tough decision.
