PA Hud

I have moved from $50 Fullring to $200 6 max in a relatively short time. I am wondering if I am using PA Hud in its most efficient manner. I currently have the following stats displayed:

VPIP
PFR
Post Flop Agg
Number of hands
Went to showdown %
Won at showdown %

What does everyone else use and why?

Does anyone customize the drop down box for additional information? What do you put in it and when do you click it in the middle of a hand?

If it matters my 6 max stats are 23/14/4.5 with a PTBB of 5 over 10,000 hands.
