push is cool. It likely won't look like a way to play a flush in a lot of opponents eyes, so it will hopefully be read as a draw or someshit and he will call you. It also prevents a myriad of scare cards from killing your action on the turn.

This was my thinking. I pushed and he called with 87o no diamonds bottom end straight drawing dead to a chop for specifically AKdd or KQdd.
