i 3 bet pre a fair bit also, but i do like calling IN position with big pairs sometimes too, push the river? what do you think im getting called with if i push, i could see maybe 80 or so... dont think he has 1010 or QQ or a turn raise wouldve happened, so AT BEST he probably has one pair

3-bet pre, flop is fine, please check turn. open push river. your bet sizing sucks.

KK+/JT/QT

Its very possible villain has KK+, I take the passive line a lot when i get raised on the flop with overpair.

I like your line all the way until the river. Bet however much you think he'll call or however much is left in your stack, whichever is smaller. You only lose to two hands, and both are unlikely to get to the river the way he did...QQ would've likely pushed the flop and AK makes no sense unless he had clubs. So...I think you bet all you think he'll go for here.

calling preflop is criminal

flop raise needs to be way bigger your hand is vulnerable.

turn bet is terrible b/c he's getting to draw for free.

river bet is terrible b/c any bet that calls 40 calls 100.

this entire hand is terrible.

why does everyone think calling on the button is so bad here?

Is betting the turn really THAT bad? I did it mainly just for the reason that i wouldnt be forced to call a big bet on the river if he thought the queen scared me, i know the bet was a bit small though...
