Villain is 22/16/2.75 over 150 hands. My view of him is that he is very aggresive especially in LP.

i guess this is ok once in a while but it looks like he has a hand he would have been happy felting preflop anyway

EDIT: eh, this sounds results oriented but what i meant to express is he's not double barreling here without a hand that would have been happy shoving preflop so i'd rather bet the turn or stick it in earlier

I like it.

I would personally be bumping it to $22 preflop though.

If he has 66 or QQ or 3-bet light with something weird (since he's aggro in LP) you're just SOL.

Pretty good line if you put him on a med-big pair

edit: i don't think it's as bad as everyone's saying... look at OP's read, aggro in LP. letting villain get overly aggressive with his stack in LP is fine once in a while.

I still personally like popping it to $22 just because most of the time you'll stack him right away

pf is terrible. if you were closing the action and it was going to be HU i wouldnt mind it, but as played you are letting CO in very cheap. postflop is fine.

raise more PF.

Some won't like it, but I like your post flop line.

Thank you for all your responses.

From PT (which I just got):
Hands: 15,675
Hand: AA Times Dealt: 80 PFR%: 95

So, yes this is the only time (out of 80) that I have NOT reraised AA pf. The reason I posted this hand was because it was nonstandard. I thought that I could get villain to a point postflop where he would feel (rightly or wrongly) potcommitted, and also thought that he would not feel potcommitted if I 4-bet preflop. This is why I played it this way, on this hand.

While villain's range clearly includes hands like KK and QQ which he will felt preflop, I also felt his range included things like AJs, and 77+. I thought that as aggro as he was, he could still easily get away from these hands if I 4-bet preflop.

Anyway, villain had 99. Thought this would be interesting to show a way to look at each situation as unique from every other.
