Villian in this hand seems pretty loose PF, running at 54/8.3/.37, but i haven't seen him get out of line after the flop. If i call here, hoping he has 89 or something, how do i play river OOP?

pfr should be a bit bigger oop, postflop is good/standard. Occasionally you might fold the best hand vs some weird 89 or something but hardly ever. If it were the button who bet the turn it would closer but the middle called the flop with the last guy still to act, so is less likely to have a lone 7 or something, and also bet the turn with the guy still behind, again means more strength typically.
