I very often feel completely lost against unknown, it is like jumping into the dark.

I'd check behind on turn in #1, it's a good chance to keep the pot smaller and get more value from A9 or QT or something that may just run away if you bet turn again. Of course, it also means you have to sometimes call when he hits a draw.

#2: Bleh. I think you're dead.

1) I dont like checking the turn - lots of draws are possible.
2) It is because UTG allin on the flop?

Can you tell me what do "meh" and "bleh" mean?

Sure, lots of draws are possible but lots of hands you can get value out of will fold if you bet again on the turn. It also keeps pot smaller if you're already dead. Have to give some free cards sometimes.

I think it's just me that says bleh? I have no idea. It's just a sound of disgust.

Hand 1: this one is close. There's a ton of draws out there, so you'd think he want to raise the flop w/ a set to protect his hand. There's enough donkeys that will always slowplay it, though. Readless I think I fold.

Hand 2: villain is definitely not bluffing because the pot is protected by the shortstack. He may be mistakenly value raising a worse hand, but you've defined your hand pretty well by reraising preflop and betting into two players, so unless he's a total spaz, he should be really worried with QQ/AJ here.
