Sit and go player tring to get better at cash. Help on all streets appreciated.

Villian is 27.78/3.7/.84 (2.33 not counting pre-flop) over 54 hands.

I'm not entirely sure what I was doing here. I'm not even going to ask any specific questions. Just advice pre-flop and on the flop please.

First of all you don't have odds to call pf if you are playing for set value, it would be close if you knew UTG+1 was coming aloing for the ride but we don't know that. I'm not saying you shouldn't call pf, just that you should realize you aren't playing to hit a set of jacks, you are playing to get a favorable flop like this one.

THis guy isn't incredibly aggressive but the stats are only over 50 hands or so. I think I'd call TBH. You will see AK here a lot. If you aren't going to want to call his AI on a flop like this then I think you should be folding pf (even though I probably never could)
