Kind of a weird calldown

Villain is 37/3/4. His line just felt like BS, although I think I can usually fold the river. I mostly called to see what he would play this way. How do flop and turn look? Raise flop?

strange hand...all the draws got there and he's still not betting big...I prob would raise turn had the 9 not fallen..what did he show? 67 or something?

I'd raise the turn here to 26 or so, folds out 6x and maybe flushdraws. As played river calldown for info looks fine.
