Your line is ok. Folding or reraising is better PF. Leading or c/r the turn is also better.

yeah i definitely must learn to play more aggresivly
do you reraise suited connecters all the time preflop against unknown opponents if you have a relativly tight image?

Fold them most of the time : 3 bet them sometimes

I would almost never call here preflop unless I was bored

but we both had 150 BB Stacks
aren't the implied Odds good anoth to call this?

Or aren't the implied odds good anoth if yoo are oop and don't be the pfa?

lol sry for my bad english /images/graemlins/confused.gif

What i wanted to say is that 78s is a hand with good implied Odds even if the stacks are 150BB+
But the prob here is that hero is oop and not the preflopaggresor so we don't have the chance to win the pot very often by stealing it.
Also it won't be easy to win a big pot oop if we hit a good hand at the flop.

I hope this time you can understand what i try to say.

regards jay

lol, i was just teasing.

oop agasint a CO raiser (his range should be fairly wide) 78s is going to be a difficult hand to play profitably unless we get an ideal situation (ex: he has AK and the board come A78). in addition, if we flop a flush draw it will be difficult to get paid off and we still have to hit. keep in mind, that when we do hit he still has to have a hand, which is a little less likey given his position (reasoning behind three betting as opposed to calling).

basically, you just aren't going to hit the flop and be against a strong enough hand to get paid off (dont forget about making a lessser flush than someone else) enough times to make it profitable.

i think i just said the same thing like four hundred times...lol

Well, its just a raised pot, not a reraised pot, so villain doesnt necessarily have to have a hand hes felting. As for you call oop, vs one player I prefer 3b or fold, but if someone else were to tag along, I would lean towards calling if they are pretty bad postflop.
